Five-star flight-and-hotel packages of £2,500 per person or more qualify for complimentary airport lounge access. The per-person price is calculated using adults and children aged 2 and over; infants are excluded from this price calculation and included in the party's lounge booking. The threshold applies to the lounge benefit. Your qualifying lounge is added automatically at checkout and confirmed before payment; you can opt out if you do not need it.
Our £29 per person deposit is for holidays booked at least 16 weeks ahead — flight-and-hotel packages, and hotel-only stays — where the airline will hold the fare and the hotel will hold the room until the balance date. Each holiday shows whether it qualifies, what's due today and when the balance is due, before you pay. Five-star accommodation alone does not establish deposit eligibility.
